STD booth cum Xerox Centre is located in the DRM office and was opened on 16th November 1996 by the then President of SRWWO/HQrs. Initially coin box phones have also been installed and separate STD cabin was also commissioned. After the mobile era blaze, the usage of public phones has become null and we also stopped these services.

Xerox and Fax machines were installed and commissioned on 11.07.2007 to facilitate retirees and other grievance registering public. This is now of very much in use by the public. From this year, this centre is about to be named as SRWWO UTILITY CENTRE and the scope of services will be Xerox, lamination, binding, multi-media services, on-line registration services etc.
